For a long time, I lived from the neck up.
I was disconnected from my body, my pleasure, and my own sense of aliveness. I know what it's like to overthink everything, question yourself, and wonder why confidence seems to come so naturally to everyone else.
What I discovered is that confidence isn't something you achieve, pleasure isn't something you earn, and your power isn't something you have to create.

As an Erotic Life Force Coach, I've spent years studying embodiment, somatics, sexuality, and nervous system work. And more importantly, living it.
