I’m not about teaching Eros for indulgence sake, and neither am I interested in spirituality dressed up as self-help.
Eros is creative intelligence, as well as the current that shapes magnetism, intimacy, artistry, and leadership.
Most people either suppress it or leak it. I teach you how to feel it, circulate it, and direct it so it becomes the source of your power, not the drain on it.

Amy means Love. Ann means Grace. Together they encode the thesis at the heart of everything taught here: that love and power are the same current.
Love and Grace are the two most powerful forces in the human nervous system. When genuine loving warmth lands in the body, the nervous system shifts from threat into safety, measurably, physiologically, in minutes. When Grace interrupts shame, the tissue that was bracing finally exhales. And a body that has exhaled can begin to feel its own power, the kind that doesn't require performance or force to sustain itself.
What I know from the inside
I grew up on a farm in a fundamentalist Christian home. My first encounter with my own erotic energy at eighteen ended in shame so complete that my entire first orgasm reversed, locked away in my body for seven years.
I married at twenty-one. Sex was painful. I had no access to pleasure, no creative life, no sense of my own aliveness. I went to doctors. Saw specialists. Everyone told me my physiology was "perfectly normal."
I knew something was wrong with that answer.
The crack of light came at twenty-five when I left that marriage and found my way back to my own body through a series of experiences I now understand as initiations. A tree outside a window. A tantric breathwork practice. A heart orgasm from a hug that exploded my chest open. And eventually a full-body energy orgasm lasting over an hour without a single touch.
Creativity flooded back. My voice opened. The way I move through the world changed.
What unlocked my body was was safety. Love allowed my nervous system to finally believe it was allowed to feel this much. Grace melted the shame that had been running in my tissues for years. The power that emerged from both was unmistakable; it touched every area of my life: it allowed me to pursue my soul's path and purpose, and step into service, artistry, visibility and abundance. This power has kept building ever since.
What this work actually is.
Your erotic energy was never meant to be just for sex; it's the source of your power.
Most people either suppress it or leak it, through shame, through performance, through years of override. What they lose isn't just pleasure. They lose access to their creativity, their magnetism, their presence, their aliveness.
This work restores the flow using breath, sound, movement, and directed attention. The foundation is always Love and Grace, because without them no technique will open a body that has learned to brace. With them, the nervous system stops defending and starts generating. Pleasure, power, creativity, presence: all of it runs on the same current.

My Background
I hold a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Literature and Philosophy, a Bachelor of Education, and a Masters in Environmental Studies, and I bring a living systems lens to everything I teach. Sexual energy follows the same laws as any ecosystem: circulation, rhythm, capacity, and rest.
My training spans tantric yogic systems, neo-tantra, breathwork, bodywork, somatic embodiment, embodied feminine leadership, mythic performance, and over eight years of intensive 1:1 work with clients across three continents.
I am also the creator of Mythic Body, an immersive ritual-theatre and somatic storytelling methodology that uses archetype, shadow, and erotic presence as pathways to self-authorship.
