My Story
I know this because I lived it.
When I was 21, I was trapped in a misaligned Christian marriage that I didn’t yet have the power to leave. Sex was painful. I had no access to orgasm - or genuine pleasure at all.
At the same time, I desperately wanted to be an artist. To write. To create. To feel inspired. But my creative well felt dry.
I was disconnected from my own Source - sexually, creatively, spiritually.
Fourteen years ago I found Tantra and sacred sexuality. I began de-numbing my body and feeling my lifeforce again.
Seven years ago I was initiated into a Tantric breathwork and energy system that brought my entire system back online.
This was Tantric Transmutation - the ancient art of circulating sexual energy through breath, movement, sound, and attention.
One afternoon, through breath, movement, sound and presence alone I accessed a full-body cosmic orgasm with no physical stimulation or substances.
It lasted over an hour.
My body shook, convulsed, vibrated. I cried, screamed and laughed.
Years of stored shame, grief, and repression moved through me.
That nervous system event turned on my healing capacities, and catalyzed the work I do today. As I continued to practice Sexual Energy Transmutation my intuition sharpened. My creativity turned on like a geyser. I began writing. Creating. Directing. Building worlds.
Lifeforce flowed through me like water.
I learned how to access orgasmic energy with breath and attention alone - and how to use that energy for creation, not just sex. For art. For prayer. For healing. For leadership. For building the life I once thought was impossible.
This energy helped me call in: deep love, creative leadership, opportunities I never could have planned. Not by forcing. By circulating life force consciously and becoming the energetic match to my dreams.

Because this practice didn’t just change my sex life. It gave me my body back. My creativity back. My connection to Source back.

Who is Amyann?
